Audrey I. Schock

Mrs. Audrey Irene Schock, 99 of Saginaw passed away October 21, 2021 at the New Hope Memory Care Facility in Saginaw. She was born October 22, 1921 in Argyle to the late Elmer and Christine (Seltz) Russell. She married Harold Schock Sr. on October 9th,1948. He preceded her in death on April 12th, 1994. Audrey married Andrew Krutzig in July, 2005. Andrew preceded her in death in 2017. Audrey was a graduate of Deckerville High School and Davenport College. She worked for Detroit Edison, Minden City Elevator, and Harbor Beach Hospital. Audrey was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Ruth, Michigan for most of her life. She was a member of Christian Mothers and the Daughter’s of Isabella. Activities with her family were her favorite. Any event with her children, grand and great-grandchildren, her siblings, holiday gatherings with family, Russell reunions, visits with Vera, time with Aunt Helen and anything Grand Rapids were special to her. She loved playing golf, enjoyed reading, playing cards, visiting, with friends, playing the piano, dancing, time spent with her pets, and traveling. She used her time on earth to live life to the fullest. Audrey is survived by her children, Harold Jr. (Jia) of Brighton, Robert (Cindy) of Freeland, Sandra (Aaron) of Crossville, TN, Steven (Audrey) of Calgary, Canada, Sidney (Patty) of Harbor Beach, Janet (Paul) of Canton, Kevin (Jackie) of Livonia, daughter-in-law, Laurie, and her sisters Clarice and Peggy (Walt) Montney. Audrey is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were sons: Douglas and Jeffrey, daughter-in-law Debbie, and brothers Clark and Clare Russell. Funeral Mass for Audrey will be Monday, October 25, 2021 at 11 am at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, of the Holy Apostles Parish of Ruth, with Fr. Don Eppenbrock officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Church Cemetery in Forestville. Visitation for Audrey will be on Sunday from 2-7pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Visitation on Monday will be at the church beginning at 10 am until time of services at 11 am. A Christian Mothers Rosary Service will take place Sunday, at 6:30 pm at the funeral home.
