ANGELA K. SMITH, age 73 of Harbor Beach, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Lakeview Extended Care and Rehab Center of the Harbor Beach Community Hospital. She was born on June 12, 1944 in Highland Park to the late Michael and Lonella (Atwater) Wirries. Angela earned her Master’s Degree from Mary Grove College. She was an active member at Christ the King Catholic Church in Detroit and St. Vincent de Paul, she enjoyed: Bible Study, Girl Scouts, and the Grand Parent Program in Harbor Beach. She enjoyed doing puzzles, plants, and her garden. Angela is survived by her children: Robert (Tracy) of Telford, TN, Roger (Dana) of Plymouth, Rachelle (John) of Boise, ID, Rhonda (Michael) of Enterprise, AL, Robyn (John) of Clinton Township, Rebecca (Doug) of Ruth, her ex husband Charles Smith of Harbor Beach, grandchildren: Michael, David, Brian (Kelly), Zachary, Nicholas, Brandon, Reese, Caleb, Gabriel, Nathaniel, Joseph, Marissa, Zephaniah, and great grandchildren Jaxon and Jordan. Cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory of Bay City. A memorial service will take place at 6 pm, Friday, February 9, 2018 at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach, with Fr. George Amos officiating. Friends may gather at the funeral home beginning at 4 pm until time of services at 6 pm. A Service at Christ the King Catholic Church in Detroit, will take place Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 10 am. Memories can be shared at www.RamseyFH.com
